What do you think - The Recession Time is Over now?

Recession time was a period of time during which almost each and every countries economy melt down and touched the ground level. Whether it is United States of America, United Kingdom, India, Australia or any other country, almost every citizen faced the worst financial scenario in between.

It is a few days back when people started talking about the end of the recession time. Probably it was the increase of the stock market of the various countries which indicated them that bad phase of recession is now going over. The economy of the major countries of the World is slowly slowly growing again, and thus people are thinking that their country will now be out of the recession.

Though it is not the right time to predict the same, as the first financial quarter of the year is still going on and we will have to wait till the July so that some solid results can be calculated on the basis of the data of the first quarter.

The recession hit the common people so badly that recovering from this scenario will almost take months and years to come. So if any one is claiming that recession time is over, ask him to wait for a few months.

Seven situations which terrifies us in our life!

At some point in life, you all must have been in some sort of terrible situation and I am sure you don’t want to get into them again! We can’t help falling into such situations, but at least we can take steps to prevent them. Here are seven situations which could scare the hell out of you. So make sure never to get into them!

  1. Locked in Haunted house: funny as it may sound, but no matter how brave and hearty you are, when locked up at midnight in some haunted house would certainly make you sweat! We all say that we don’t believe in ghosts and all, but deep down there is always a doubt-what if they are! So I guess terrifying situation number one would be to be held up in a haunted house in the middle of the night.
  2. Road/air accident: imagine you are hundreds of feet high in the air, sitting in the airplane and it is crashing! Or your car brakes have failed and you are about to ram into a truck, I guess that must have freaked you out! A perfect situation to feel terrified!
  3. Death of a near and dear one: I once heard a saying-“death is a tragedy but only for the living”. How true. It’s only the people who are left behind, who have to bear the loss of a loved one. This is one terrifying situation I wish none of us would ever have to bear. But if only wishes were accepted!
  4. Demotion/termination from job: this is one situation which none of us would like to face. But with the global meltdown, most of us already have or would be facing such a situation. So don’t just sit. Do whatever you can to save your job.
  5. Nasty boss’s screaming: it is one of the most terrifying situations, and unfortunately the most common as well. I have seen many people running their way to the offices just to avoid their nasty boss’s screaming. No wonder there are now even net games available which lets you virtually hit your boss!
  6. Parents catching you romancing with your partner/ you catching your child cozying up with his/her partner: well this one implies to both the parents and children. If you are young, then I guess it would definitely terrify you to be caught by your parents with your pants down! And for the parents, there is nothing more sickening than catching your child doing such stuff.
  7. Failed love: I have often heard stories of how a girl or boy attempted to commit suicide just because of failing in love. In fact the growing rate of broken marriages shows that how often people are falling into such a terrifying situation of failed love. Hope you never have to face that!

5 tips to get healthy teeth!

Here are the five tips to get healthy teeth!

  1. Regular brushing and flossing: The most basic step towards having healthy teeth is brushing and flossing regularly. You should brush at least twice a day, in the morning and in the night after dinner. Brushing and flossing ensures that you have healthy, neat and clean teeth. Choosing a right toothbrush and floss is also very important.
  2. Visiting dentist regularly: regularly visiting the dentist is very important for having healthy teeth. Even when you don’t sense any problem with your teeth, going for a checkup would never be harmful. A regular visit to dentist would ensure that you don’t have any tooth problems and an apt treatment if you do have one. You should go for professional cleaning and teeth examination from a dentist once in at least 6 months.
  3. Having a balanced diet: a balanced diet is not only good for your body but also for your teeth. Avoid foods which have high sugar content and also fizzy drinks as they could lead to tooth decay. Especially in summers when saliva is less in mouth, having sweetened foods would make the sugar stick to the teeth and lead to tooth decay.
  4. Avoid tobacco products: eating tobacco products and smoking cigarettes is also harmful for teeth. They affect the gums and could also cause mouth and throat cancers.
  5. Don’t overlook teeth problems: often adults have teeth problem like gum swelling or gum bleeding. One should never avoid these problems as they tend to get bigger and worse with time. You should immediately see your dentist if you encounter such teeth problems.

Check these 10 guides to survive the recession time:

  1. Go easy on the shopping: recession is certainly not the best time to go shopping. So drop any plans for purchasing that new dress or electronic gadget. Even when you go grocery shopping, maintain a list of those things which are a necessity and not a want.
  2. Control your tongue: if you have to save money, then stop eating out. There is no point spending an amount on a single meal from which you could buy a week’s groceries. Also turn a vegetarian and eat veggies which are low on price. This would certainly save up a lot of your money.
  3. Use public transport: you can save up a lot of your funds by simply travelling from public transport. A, the tickets are cheap and B, you don’t have to use your vehicle, so you save the money of fuel.

Start Blogging and Lose your Weight!

I have gone through lots of articles on internet which will guide you through lots of ways to reduce some extra flab from your body. Today I found one of the tools which in fact we too are using, but we were not aware from it. It is blogging which can help us to reduce weight.

“Blogging helps losing weight??” “Are you kidding me?” I am sure that you are gonna ask me these questions. Yes it looks weird but it is true. While surfing the net I came across this research and I too believe that this is true.

Concept of Blogging is not new, it is something which came in existence in the year 1994 only. Modern blogs are the successful transaction of the term Online Diary and finally it has now turned into a complete website.

Today I found a few discussions about the “Dietgirl” Shauna Reid, who is the proud owner of the blog DietGirl.org. She recently reveals her story of losing weight of around 200 lbs, and she mentioned that blogging was the prime tool for her weight loss too.

In my honest opinion, weight loss is primarily associated with your sleep. If you cut down the time for sleep you are sure to lose the weight. As I have seen the fitness of the persons who sleeps less, is much better compared to those who sleep more. If you will start blogging you are sure to sleep less due to the time associated with it. I too have faced it and I am sure other bloggers too have the same affection for their blog. This affection towards the blog causes less sleep which in fact causes the weight loss.

So as the “Dietgirl” revealed her secret behind losing the weight I will too support her. Blogging will increase your social circle too which will kept you busy through out the day and night and thus you will be sure to become an active person also. It will increase your social life too. On the other hand I think that it has some drawbacks too.

Less sleep can cause lots of problems too, but if you can be able to maintain a good lifestyle then I am sure that you will be able to retract the positive things too from blogging. So friends go on blogging to lose your extra weight. Also do let us know about your views about blogging and weight loss.

So the time has arrived for which entire world is looking for. Finally on 20th of January President Elect Obama is going to become the president of US and as per his stance on foreign policy we are here by making a list of five Challenges which can affect his foreign policies. According to the President Elect Obama he will continue the long American tradition of smart diplomacy to keep the country safe while improving America’s standing in the world. So here are those incidents which can test his earlier management capabilities:

First is the tensed situation among India and Pakistan.

During the tenure of Bush, India sidelined Pakistan from the friend list of US. The Mumbai Terror attack has created tensions among the two nuclear power of the South Asia. To maintain the peace procedure between the two countries will be toughest task of the new President.  He has been criticized by many people for his lack of foreign policy experience and India, Pakistan will check his experience.

Second is the Israel and Palestinian Conflict.

The incident which will test his foreign policy will be the ongoing conflict between the Israel and Palestinian. It will be the top diplomatic priority of the priority list of the new President. He will have to use all of his cool to solve the conflict. Any how he will have to maintain the peace and security in the region.

Third is the Nuclear weapon ambition of Iran.

Iran was the toughest challenge to the former US President Bush and it will remain the same to the new President Obama. He will have to handle this challenge with proper care. US has faced lots of criticism from many diplomats of the world due to the stance of the Bush, that he will not talk to those people whom he don’t like. Obama will have to change this view of US.

Fourth is the influence of Laden.

Laden was the main threat to US from last few years, despite the announcement of US that he is dead, his ghost is still following US. A few day’s back Laden has issue one audio tape in which he has asked people to support the Jehad. Also Obama has accepted that Laden is the biggest threat to US. So handling Laden will be the top priority of the new president.

Fifth is the Outsourcing of work from US.

The fall out of the US economy was the biggest incident of the year 2008 for US and Obama will have to maintain the situation. His stance on Outsourcing was a major issue of concern for India and China during the election and expectations are too high from him in his own country. So he will have to fix his foreign policy by considering a lots of factors.

“It’s helpful to point out that Barack Obama is not the messiah,” says Richard Danzig, a national security adviser. So Obama has to meet lots of expectation on foreign policy, let’s see how he is going to manage these. Also we wishes all the very Best to the new US President Obama.
