Start Blogging and Lose your Weight!
I have gone through lots of articles on internet which will guide you through lots of ways to reduce some extra flab from your body. Today I found one of the tools which in fact we too are using, but we were not aware from it. It is blogging which can help us to reduce weight.
“Blogging helps losing weight??” “Are you kidding me?” I am sure that you are gonna ask me these questions. Yes it looks weird but it is true. While surfing the net I came across this research and I too believe that this is true.
Concept of Blogging is not new, it is something which came in existence in the year 1994 only. Modern blogs are the successful transaction of the term Online Diary and finally it has now turned into a complete website.
Today I found a few discussions about the “Dietgirl” Shauna Reid, who is the proud owner of the blog DietGirl.org. She recently reveals her story of losing weight of around 200 lbs, and she mentioned that blogging was the prime tool for her weight loss too.
In my honest opinion, weight loss is primarily associated with your sleep. If you cut down the time for sleep you are sure to lose the weight. As I have seen the fitness of the persons who sleeps less, is much better compared to those who sleep more. If you will start blogging you are sure to sleep less due to the time associated with it. I too have faced it and I am sure other bloggers too have the same affection for their blog. This affection towards the blog causes less sleep which in fact causes the weight loss.
So as the “Dietgirl” revealed her secret behind losing the weight I will too support her. Blogging will increase your social circle too which will kept you busy through out the day and night and thus you will be sure to become an active person also. It will increase your social life too. On the other hand I think that it has some drawbacks too.
Less sleep can cause lots of problems too, but if you can be able to maintain a good lifestyle then I am sure that you will be able to retract the positive things too from blogging. So friends go on blogging to lose your extra weight. Also do let us know about your views about blogging and weight loss.
