Great article! These are wonderful tips for staying healthy!

Number 10 stands out most for me! “Hope” is the major key to success for not only committing to staying healthy, but for all areas of our lives!

I drank lots of coffee. I thought it gave me energy. Recently some blood work showed I wasn’t being kind to my kidneys. I cut way back to a cup of joe per day; plus I added a lot more water. Not only are my kidneys much happier, but I have much more energy.
