Ten useful health improving tips!
Health is an important part of our life which can’t be ignored. It is a quality determinant factor of life. An ill health will make us idle and unable to live a happy life. Some useful tips are provided here to increase your health and fitness:
1. Avoid junk food and take healthy snacks: what we eat greatly affects our health. Junk food should be avoided as far as possible. Buy healthy and nutritious food in place of junk food to ensure healthy eating habits. Stock up on fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds in your fridge. When you feel little hungry or need something refreshing, go for them.
2. Take plenty of Water: Water is the base of our body system. Everyone knows water is good for fitness but try to take water at small gaps. Keep your drinking water with you wherever you go out as far as possible. If you forget to drink water then initially you can set a reminder in your mobile to remind you. Soon after that you will be habitual.
3. Avoid dieting: Dieting is not the way to keep a body way. It is temporary in nature as you came off the diet, you will start getting weight again. In place dieting makes can make you weak. Change your lifestyle and try other healthy habits.
4. Avoid excess of caffeine: Do not take much coffee. It contains caffeine, a legal drug but a drug nonetheless. Instead use green tea which is health beneficial.
5. Do not forget fat: Fats are considered risk for a good health but sufficient essential fatty acids are needed to improve health. Make sure you are getting your omega-3 and omega-6 fats. Flax oil, nuts, and seeds are good sources of the same.
6. Breathe deeply: Breathe properly. It should provide sufficient you the life saving gas, Oxygen to the lungs. Practice 6sec deep breathing, 3sec to inhale and 3 to exhale. Most of us have shallow breathing which does not provide sufficient air to the lungs.
7. Have a sound Sleep: Proper sleep is must to be healthy otherwise you will feel sleepy whole day and could not be able to concentrate on your work. This will give rise to other problems also. Have a scheduled and sufficient rest while sleeping and keep you active and fit for the whole day.
8. Exercise: Make a habit of regular exercise. Schedule your workout at a specific time and place. Work out with a friend will encourage you. Cardiovascular exercise helps to burn fat and raises your metabolism. Do at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week.
9. Improve your posture: Posture of standing, sitting and sleeping should be correct. Poor posture results in shallow breathing, pain in the neck and back, and results in poor circulation of energy throughout the body. Sit straight towards the front of the chair. Take a break between works. Sitting on desk for a long time will make you tired and you will stoop on chair.
10. Don’t give up: Do not lose hope. If anytime you become unhealthy try to remove the cause and get well soon. Identify why the lapse occurred and learn from your mistakes. Positive attitude in life is necessary to keep mind fresh, a way to a healthier body.
These tips can help you to much extent. Do not change your lifestyle at once. Give up unhealthy practices slowly and take healthy living gradually. Sudden change can be daunting. Take it easy and step by step.

I drank lots of coffee. I thought it gave me energy. Recently some blood work showed I wasn’t being kind to my kidneys. I cut way back to a cup of joe per day; plus I added a lot more water. Not only are my kidneys much happier, but I have much more energy.
